  • Graduated from top 30 US universities (higher chances that their communication and research skills are proven)
  • Hardware related experience (not Youtube, IOT, wireless etc.)

 

 

Responsibilities:

 HW module builds:

  • Drive component builds, sub-system & system assembly/build in collaboration with vendors and contract manufacturers.
  • End-to-end ownership of build management including but not limited to material planning, material tracking, inventory management, equipment bring-up, process qualification, day-to-day build execution, vendor calls, vendor visits, and finished module allocation to various customers.

HW module testing and verification:

  • Experience working with CM vendors on electrically and optically functional components.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track testing activities for various components, modules, sub-systems and systems, including tracking serial numbers of parts under test as they move through the assembly process, generating status updates and summary reports of what has been tested, when, and where to find the data etc.
  • File Jira bugs/tasks in the internal system and follow through issue tracking all the way to closure.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, optical engineering, materials science or a related field. Advanced degrees (MS, Ph.D.) preferred.
  • Experience with Optics and/or lenses is a huge plus
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is required.
