Position Summary
- Seeking a contractor to join the Pfizer Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, and Metabolism’s Enzymology group in Groton, CT.
- This laboratory-based role will support carry out in vitro assays to investigate drug metabolism, enzyme kinetics and drug-drug interactions.
Position Responsibilities
- Routine duties may include but are not limited to generation of samples from in vitro studies using biological matrices, analyzing samples by LC-MS/MS, data processing and reporting, and routine lab activities (e.g., stocking consumables, buffer preparation).
- The contractor will maintain an electronic lab notebook. Effective oral and written communication, the ability to work effectively with a team, and computer proficiency are required.
- Responsible for general laboratory work involving the study of the metabolism of drugs in vitro. Work will involve generation of in vitro samples, sample analyses using LC-MS/MS and interpretation and presentation of data.
Education And Experience
- BA + 3 years’ experience, MA + 1 year experience, HM open to PhD candidates
