Description
8:30 AM – 5 PM | Onsite | Overtime possible
Temp-to-hire after 91 days, based on performance
Summary:
- Support the order and rental process by maintaining accurate records, tracking part availability, and coordinating across sites.
- This role requires strong initiative, direct communication with the manager, and occasional warehouse access for inspections. Forklift use may be needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person)
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns using Rental Results
- Track inventory, schedule technicians, and support service orders
- Assist with contract updates, billing, and documentation
- Collaborate with the branch team to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Compile reports and support shop technicians as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma + 2 years of related experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Comfortable in both office and warehouse settings, with PPE
