System Tester

Description

Summary:

Seeking an experienced System Tester to perform end-to-end validation of complex systems, including software, hardware, and integrated electro-mechanical components. This role covers requirements analysis, test planning, execution, results analysis, and defect reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5–9 years of system or integration testing experience.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, follow structured test processes, and meet deadlines.

• Experience mentoring or leading other testers.

• Expertise in various test methodologies, tools, and practices.

• Proficiency in automation (scripting, debugging, execution, and analysis).

• Hands-on experience testing dynamic software/electro-mechanical systems.

• Knowledge of HVAC or building control systems is a plus.

• Understanding of object-oriented and component-based development.

• Creative thinking to design innovative testing solutions.
