Maintenance Technician

Monday - Thursday, 10 hour days from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am

Liekly to convert to FT based on performance

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.

• The ideal candidate will have a background in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various production and packaging equipment.
• This role involves working with a range of machinery, including lasers, burn tables, saws, and break presses, with training provided for forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on new equipment and maintain older machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, devices, and products across production and packaging lines.
• Service and repair industrial machinery.
• Work with electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Calibrate, adjust, fabricate, or repair components as needed to meet operational requirements.
• Set up and verify the functionality of safety equipment in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Utilize SAP (preferred) and basic diagnostic tools to track maintenance activities.
• Operate forklifts (training provided).

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 3–5 years in a technician or maintenance role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Preventive maintenance procedures.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Hydraulic systems knowledge.
• Experience with lasers, burn tables, saws, and break presses (or willingness to learn).

Tools & Systems:

• Proficiency with basic hand tools, drills, and impact tools.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance tracking software is a plus.
