Location: Hybrid - 80 Park Plaza 1 day per week & Remote

Energy Efficiency Program Support Manager

Role Overview

This is a individiual contributor role responsible for managing external vendors delivering energy efficiency programs. The manager ensures programs run smoothly, meet business and regulatory requirements, and deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees and oversee vendor performance (both office and field).

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, business controls, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Contracting, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, IT, etc.) to support program delivery and resolve issues.

  • Develop, implement, and improve processes for energy efficiency program execution.

  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met.

  • Review and process invoices accurately.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

  • Prepare and present program status reports to senior leadership.

  • Support special projects and storm restoration efforts as needed.

  • Foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field and 7+ years of experience in energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields.

    • (In lieu of a degree: 11+ years of relevant experience.)

  • Experience managing vendors and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of Energy Efficiency or Electric Vehicle programs.

  • Leadership experience in program or project management.

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification.

  • MBA or advanced degree.
