Job Description (Required):
A highly motivated and experienced Analytical Chemist is needed to join the team.
- The focus of the role is the characterization of polysaccharides, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and other biologics.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing analytical methods to support the analysis of process development samples for polysaccharide and proteins/mAbs therapeutics.
- This role requires a strong understanding of SEC-MALS, protein biochemistry and a proven track record of applying a variety of analytical techniques, specifically N-glycan analysis, titer determination, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Mutli-Angle Light Scattering (MALS) Detector, peptide mapping, imaged Capillary Isoelectric Focusing (iCE), and Capillary Gel Electrophoresis (CGE) along with some Mass Spectroscopy (MS) experience to characterize mAbs and other proteins.
What is the minimum education experience required?: BA/BS 0-3 years experience
