Hybrid work schedule:, Onsite 3 (T, W, TH) days a week onsite at , PA. – candidates must be local

Full time - 40 hrs/wk  hours 8am – 5pm (M-F)  (24 month contract – no extension after 24 months)

Location – MOB

• Overall Analyst Yrs exp: 2-3 yrs+
• Industry exp desired: Finance, Billing Analyst EXP 2-4 yrs
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or related preferred, will accept HS with 5+ yrs Analyst exp
• Tech exp: MS Office (Excel data reporting exp key)
• Previous Billing Analyst Exp preferred (ANALYST EXP NEEDED)

Education Level/Type

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related preferred, will accept only HS education with 5+ yrs Analyst exp

Candidate skills (soft, software, technical…)

• Overall Yrs exp: 3-5 yrs+ - as Analyst preferred
• Preferred Industry exp: Finance, Billing Analyst EXP 2-4 yrs
• Tech exp: MS Office (Excel, Data reporting in Excel, interpreting Data in Excel)
• Previous Billing Analyst Exp preferred
• Dependable, self-managed, organized, proactive

Desired & aligned experience

Industry exp: Finance Analyst, Billing Analyst EXP 2-4 yrs

• The role involves reviewing and resolving billing exceptions, such as bill segments in error, estimation issues, and rate mismatches.
• The candidate will analyze high and low consumption variances, investigate delayed bill accounts, and correct account data that impacts bill generation.
• The individual will partner with the Call Center and Customer Care teams to resolve escalations. They will provide bill explanations, conduct root cause analysis, and support complaint resolution.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in utility billing operations and hands-on experience with Oracle CCB and head-end systems.
• The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions.
• The ability to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environments is also required.
