Change Management Lead - Change Management for Org Effectiveness & AI Workforce Transformation

 

Contractor Scope –

  • Support change management planning and execution for select “AI for All” initiatives, translating strategic direction into clear, structured deliverables (e.g., change plans, communications, stakeholder and adoption materials).
  • Develop and refine core change management content aligned to enterprise standards, including support for initiatives related to AI policy, governance, and enterprise capability-building, as well as AI-driven workforce transformation (e.g., role evolution, ways of working, adoption behaviors, and capability development).
  • Enable AI Champion Leads with targeted tools, messaging, and materials to drive adoption, engagement, and local activation.
  • Translate complex technical and AI-related concepts into clear, business-friendly language to enable understanding, alignment, and adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Provide targeted coaching and support to change managers on lower-complexity enterprise priority AI use cases, reinforcing consistent, high-quality approaches across the portfolio.
  • Support ongoing dashboard data collection from the change managers support enterprise priority AI use cases.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

 

  • 8+ years of experience in change management in life sciences/healthcare, preferably in the biopharma industry
  • Experience leading large-scale, complex organizational change efforts across a large enterprise
  • Experience in leading change for enterprise-level technology and/or AI enabled transformation
  • Strong AI acumen, including comfort working with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) and the ability to apply them in day-to-day work and change enablement activities
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business language for broad audiences
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, with the ability to pivot quickly and adjust approach based on evolving business needs

 Experience implementing change related to the following is beneficial but not required:

  1. Launch of AI Policy & Governance
  2. Regulatory and/or legal compliance
  3. Roll out of technology solutions
  4. Changes in Ways of Working
  5. Behavior and Mindset Shifts
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; Change Management Certification is preferred (Prosci®, CCMP)
  • A passion for listening and understanding needs of people affected by change to foster readiness and success
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across functions and levels, including senior leaders
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment while delivering on-time, high quality results
  • Strength in communicating and working effectively with partners in various functions
  • Ability to objectively understand perspectives of people across various roles
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to execute strategic direction
  • Demonstrated empathy and curiosity in understanding the needs of impacted audiences to drive readiness and adoption
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to execute strategic direction
