Digital Twin Engineer
- We are seeking a Simulation Scientist with at least 3 years of experience using Simio to develop, validate, and deploy discrete-event simulation models that support operational decision-making, process optimization, and capacity planning.
- The successful candidate will leverage simulation, data analytics, and digital technologies to evaluate complex systems, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. Relevant experience with discrete-event simulation tools such as SIMIO.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Simio models for manufacturing, supply chain, or operational processes.
- Analyze simulation results to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and support business decisions.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and Databricks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define simulation requirements and translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- experience with Simio.
- Working knowledge of Databricks, SQL, and data analysis workflows.
