Supply Network Planning Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid Preferred)
Function: Supply Chain Planning / Inventory Management
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Supply Network Planning Analyst to support end-to-end supply, inventory, and distribution planning across the value stream.
- This role combines supply network planning fundamentals with advanced analytics, reporting automation, and digital capabilities to improve visibility, service, inventory health, and decision making.
- The successful candidate will partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory Management, Finance, Data & Analytics, Digital, site planning teams, and downstream partners to translate business needs into feasible supply plans, actionable insights, and scalable analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Network Planning & Net Requirements
- Propagate net requirements upstream and constrained supply plans downstream across conversion and distribution nodes.
- Create and support network RCCP and MPS processes, incorporating capacity, risk, trade-off assumptions, and multi-site constraints.
- Review planning system outputs to validate net requirements, deployment requirements, and feasible supply plans.
- Communicate and hand over network RCCP, MPS, and distribution plans to site planning, CLS, and affiliate supply chain partners.
- Support supply network planning processes that enable service, inventory, and cash flow objectives.
Inventory Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze inventory performance across Finished Goods, Raw Materials, WIP, and SLOB inventories.
- Identify inventory risks, excesses, shortages, and optimization opportunities across the end-to-end value stream.
- Perform root-cause analysis on inventory and supply drivers, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Support entitlement models, safety stock optimization, inventory reduction programs, and planning parameter improvements.
- Develop scenario analyses and what-if assessments to support operational decisions, trade-off discussions, and IBP escalation.
Distribution Planning & Execution
- Review distribution forecasts, plan receipts, manage inventory transfers, and coordinate movement between supply chain nodes.
- Manage deployment order exceptions, including review, approval, changes, and rejection as appropriate.
- Monitor STO, PO, and SO life cycles to support timely and accurate execution of supply plans.
- Collaborate with regional, local, upstream, and downstream partners to execute supply plans within established parameters and guidelines.
Dashboard Development, Reporting & Digital Enablement
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics tools using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Automate recurring planning and inventory reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Build and maintain data workflows using Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, or similar tools.
- Partner with data engineering and digital teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and integration from ERP, planning, and supply chain systems.
- Support AI-enabled analytics solutions, including Microsoft Copilot Agents, Databricks Genies, or other tools that improve analytical capabilities and user experience.
Business Partnership & Operational Support
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with supply chain, planning, finance, digital, site, and affiliate partners.
- Communicate planning trade-offs, inventory impacts, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support weekly and monthly planning, inventory reporting, entitlement, KPI, and governance cycles.
- Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests and complete reporting deliverables accurately and on time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
- Experience translating large datasets into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Experience with at least one visualization platform such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with at least one data engineering or analytics platform such as Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of supply, inventory, distribution, or network planning processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RCCP, MPS, net requirements planning, deployment planning, IBP/S&OP, or end-to-end supply network planning.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, OMP, Kinaxis, or similar platforms.
- Experience with inventory entitlement models, safety stock methodologies, SLOB management, or inventory optimization.
- Experience developing Microsoft Copilot Agents, Databricks Genies, or similar AI-enabled analytics solutions.
- Python or other advanced analytical programming experience.
- APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM or CSCP preferred.

- Becomes a trusted analytical partner to Supply Chain, Inventory, Planning, and leadership stakeholders.
